Powder Coating Unlike other metal-finishing techniques that depend on chemicals and solvents, powder coating uses electrically charged and finely ground pigments and resins that adhere to your parts surface. That part is then heated in a curing oven, which bonds the powder to its grounded surface to produce a smooth, even finish. You're left with a beautiful, uniform coating that looks like paint but acts like armor.
We have the capacity to undertake large commercial projects
and contracts but we can also offer the same high standard service to the
individual customer. The facilities at our factory include a full filtration
powder coating system. This includes electrostatic powder coating guns and new
compressor and air drier. It will continue to be our policy to combine high
productivity with high quality by investing in state-of-the-art powder coating
technology. We have recently upgraded our facilities to include an oven capable
of taking items 4 metres long and 2.5 metres wide.
